The trust foundation is <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">free in the choice of names<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">. The founder transfers the assets of the foundation to the trustee, who shall <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">separate from own assets<u> <\/u><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">managed for the trust foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm; line-height: 150%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: #222222; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">The Trust<strong>Foundation purpose<\/strong> can be designed according to the wishes of the founder, up to and including the specific care of a particular animal or the free use of the funds by the trustee for animal welfare. The purpose of the foundation is combined with the other basic stipulations. <strong>in a&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Satzung_(Privatrecht)\" target=\"Satzung (Privatrecht)\"><span class=\"Internetverknpfung\"><strong><span style=\"mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;\">Statutes<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: #222222;\">&nbsp;written down<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: #222222; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">which is part of the contract with the trustee (here: the animal protection foundation). Often the foundation is given its own body which decides on the use of the foundation's funds. Externally, the trustee acts on behalf of the foundation, which has no legal personality of its own. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: #222222;\"><span class=\"msoDel\"><del cite=\"mailto:Unbekannter%20Autor\" datetime=\"2019-12-04T12:11\">&nbsp;<\/del><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm; line-height: 150%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: #222222;\">Trustee<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: #222222;\">, as service providers for the trust foundation, usually come from the following areas: legally capable foundations <strong>(here, for example, our animal welfare foundation)<\/strong>, parishes, universities, municipal foundation administrations and banks\/savings banks.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Advantages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The trust foundation's assets are not subject to any minimum amount set by the state. Already with a&nbsp;<strong>low five-digit amount <\/strong>a trust foundation could be established.<\/li>\n<li>The trust foundation is a very flexible form of foundation. For the establishment of a trust foundation, the following is required&nbsp;<strong>No state approval procedure <\/strong>required. The requirements for incorporation are very simple.<\/li>\n<li>A control is only carried out by the tax office. At the same time&nbsp;<strong>all tax privileges of a foundation apply <\/strong>and it can apply to the competent tax authority for the&nbsp;<strong>Recognition of the&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Non-profit status<\/strong>&nbsp;can be applied for. This means that donation receipts can also be issued for donations and endowments.<\/li>\n<li>The Trustee&nbsp;<strong>can <\/strong>take over the entire administration and it must&nbsp;<strong>therefore none of its own administrative structure (e.g. bookkeeping etc.)<\/strong>&nbsp;be created. By using the organisational structure of the trustee, the&nbsp;<strong>Administrative costs low<\/strong>&nbsp;be held.<\/li>\n<li>For the establishment of a trust foundation&nbsp;<strong>only a few weeks are required<\/strong>.
