Rather, the beneficiary acquires a claim under the law of obligations to the provision of the bequeathed property, i.e. the right to demand the fulfilment of this claim from the person charged with the bequest (heir).<\/p><p>As seen, the bequest confers a pecuniary advantage on another,\u00a0<strong>without this being the heir<\/strong> is appointed. The bequest establishes for the beneficiary the right to receive from <strong>the heir<\/strong>\u00a0or any other person aggrieved to demand the performance of the bequeathed object.<\/p><p>The legacy is, moreover, of <strong>the\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Edition<\/strong><strong>\u00a0to distinguish<\/strong>.
