A home for mother cats with kittens, feral, sick, adoptable and non adoptable cats - what can that look like? We are in the construction phase of several cat houses with different areas where we will house the rescued cats in a species-appropriate way. The cats live together in so-called kennels, have enough space to run around and are no longer exposed to any danger. They can stay here in the loving care of our staff member Elke Peetz until they are placed.
Three of these houses already exist, three more cat houses and a dog house are being planned. A large German DIY store on Mallorca, which sells the required materials, is waiving 25 percent of the costs for us. However, we still need additional volunteer craftsmen, staff and donations to realise the project to rescue the abandoned, lovelessly disposed animals.
