  1. Notice of exemption<\/strong>
    We are exempt from corporate income tax and trade tax under Section 3 No. 6 of the Trade Tax Act for the last assessment period 2018 to 2020 due to the promotion of animal welfare according to the exemption certificate issued by the Bonn-Au\u00dfenstadt Tax Office, StNr. 206\/5865\/1162, dated 21.01.2021. The certificate of exemption for the Herbert and Maria Welter Animal Welfare Foundation was issued by the Bonn-Au\u00dfenstadt tax office and indicates that we are tax-privileged and entitled, Donation receipts<\/strong> to be exhibited.<\/li>\n
  2. Declaration of commitment by the Animal Foundation<\/strong>
    We accept your support as a mission and an obligation. With your financial contribution, you show us that you trust us as an animal foundation. This obliges us to keep administrative costs as low as possible and to budget the donations purposefully but carefully. Donations and endowments are the main sources of income for the animal foundation.
    By publishing the complete annual reports on our homepage, we would like to offer the greatest possible transparency of the Foundation's work. The administration of the foundation's finances is carried out traditionally and with stable value at a Landesbank. We do not work speculatively.
